Juices / smoothies good or bad?

It is a quick and easy way to get lots of nutrients into your body and it's filling too. Unfortunately, most of the juices/smoothies you find in the supermarkets are full of sugar. Even the 'green' juices and smoothies are usually 80% fruit and minimal veg. Why not try making it at home, not only will you save lots of money you can make it with much less sugar. It is quick and easy and a great addition to any meal.
